Silhouette Desire romance author Charlotte Hughes, author of Maggie Award winning books, has recently signed on with the Harlequin Silhouette Desire publishing line. Charlotte's first novel with the Desire line, MILLIONAIRE COP, (see below) will be released in the summer of 2002.
